Job Description
Legal EA
Prestigious international law firm based in stunning offices in the City are looking to hire a new Legal EA on a permanent basis. This role will sit within the Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing Corporate Practice and will be providing 1:1 support to a Senior Partner.

- Hybrid split available (2 days in office / 3 days remote)

Legal EA Key Responsibilities:
- \\n
- Preparing materials for meetings e.g. agendas, collating and circulating papers as appropriate – proof reading documents prior to distribution
- Taking practical action-orientated meeting notes to ensure we capture what's agreed
- Carrying out research to obtain a wide variety of information or documents as requested
- Compiling reports using MS Word and Excel
- Requesting, interpreting and relaying financial management account information as required
- Taking a hands-on-role in the accurate billing for one of the firm's largest client

Legal EA Key Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience working within a law firm
- Previous experience working with senior level lawyers or in a similar 1:1 role will be highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge and experience of using Software including all Microsoft Office
