Legal Assistant – Frankfurt
Larbey Evans is partnering with a prestigious US law firm to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their Frankfurt office on a permanent basis, to work as an effective member team and to provide a first-class legal administrative support to the attorneys in both the Employment and Litigation teams.
- Salary to €68,000 (depending on experience)
- Highly collaborative team and hybrid working (Fridays WFH)

Legal Assistant – Frankfurt Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, review, and organise evidence and other legal documents for attorney’s review and case preparation
- Undertake research tasks relating to regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice
- Communicate effectively with clients, making and taking calls as necessary
- Compose general correspondence, documents, memos, faxes, reports, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Manage the billing process for relevant attorneys
- Diary management for attorneys, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Legal Assistant – Frankfurt Skills & Requirements:
- Refa (“Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte”) qualification is required
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) and very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of foreclosure proceedings is desirable but not essential
- Strong document production and IT skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience of Intapp, ChromeRiver, and billing is a plus
