Law Firm of the Year Winner is seeking to hire a pro-active and well organised Legal PA to join their Property team. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administration support to an allocation of four fee earners.

Salary to £31,000 (depending on experience). Friendly and collaborative culture and working environment and excellent benefits. Permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive diary management, and awareness of Fee Earners' workloads to plan ahead, with minimal supervision
  • Processing relevant applications, forms, or searches
  • Researching new clients / contacts and preparing bios before meetings
  • Arranging travel and any other activities on behalf of Fee Earners
  • Typed work of a high quality, formatting in accordance with house style, at high speed, with accuracy
  • Preparing bills (including bill narratives)
  • New matter and AML checks including obtaining relevant documentation
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge and a strong understanding of Fee Earners’ matters to be able to provide the best level support
  • Assist with training sessions for the team and providing knowledge induction for new team PAs

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous secretarial experience within a law firm
  • Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
  • Familiarity with InterAction
