Junior Legal PA

Incredibly successful US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Junior Legal PA to work at Partner level to work within their incredibly busy Commercial Litigation team.

  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
  • Salary to £34,500 experience dependent

Junior Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing PA support to Partners and Associates Organising busy travel itineraries, including visa applications
  • Billing & time entry for Partners
  • Coordinating meetings for both internal and external clients
  • Opening new matters on 3E Finalising engagement letters
  • Archiving
  • Processing invoices and cheque requests
  • Processing expense claims
  • Organising and paginating both e-bundles and hard-copy bundles
  • Digital Dictation using BigHand Copy typing legal documents

Junior Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 12 months + experience as a Legal/Junior/Trainee Secretary or as an Admin Assistant in a law firm
  • Excellent written, communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail skills
