A UK law firm is seeking to hire a Junior Legal PA to join their Private Wealth Disputes team in their Guildford office on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering top-tier secretarial and administrative support to an allocation of fee earners.
Salary to £26,000. 12-month fixed-term contract. Guildford location. Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote). Employee benefits include 25 days annual leave and long service accrual, access to corporate gym membership rates & other lifestyle and family friendly benefits!
Key Responsibilities:- Able to develop solutions to ensure an exceptional service is always provided.
- Consistently and appropriately update service users on progress and status of tasks where appropriate.
- Complete searches at the request of Partners, fee earners, Secretarial Leads or Executives i.e. photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and filing tasks.
- Prepare files for costs assessments.
- Support the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system.
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by the business.
- A minimum of 6 months administration experience.
- GCSEs graded A to C to include maths and English (or equivalent level of qualification).
