Larbey Evans is working with a leading US law firm based in beautiful Mayfair offices to recruit a Junior Legal Executive Assistant to work at Partner level on a permanent basis.
Salary: £35-45,000 (dependent upon experience)
Working hours: 09:30-17:30
Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote

Responsibilities of the Junior Legal Executive Assistant:
- Assist with diary management, and awareness of Fee Earners' workloads to plan ahead
- Book meeting rooms, video conferences, taxis, restaurants, and liaise with internal and external attendees
- Organise travel through the firm’s provider i.e. flights, hotels, transport, foreign currency, expense claims, and detailed itineraries
- Type work of a high quality, formatting in accordance with house style, at high speed, with accuracy
Requirements of the Junior Legal Executive Assistant:
- Previous secretarial experience within a law firm
- CILEX or similar qualification would be highly desirable
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office
