We are partnering with our prestigious US law firm client, who are seeking to hire a Junior Legal EA into their hugely successful and ever-expanding London office, supporting an allocation of Partners and a few rising star Associates across their Corporate and M&A teams:
- Salary to £45,000
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining cooperative working relationships within the office and practice groups, responding to clients, staff, legal professionals and vendor inquiries.
- Drafting correspondence and organising complex meeting, diary and travel arrangements.
- Assisting with the billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the lawyers along with marketing and business development support to aid a growing practice.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years+ Legal PA / Secretarial experience from a City Law Firm (ideally within Corporate / Private Equity / Finance / Asset Management / Funds).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office related software.
- Excellent teamwork and professional attitude.
