IT Support Analyst Renowned City law firm is seeking a proactive and customer focused 1 st line IT Support Analyst to join the firm’s IT department.

In this role, you will be first point of contact for all IT-related queries across the firm, providing face-to-face and remote technical support to Lawyers and Business Services professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for IT support, providing face-to-face, telephone, email, and remote assistance to users across the firm.

Log, prioritise, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.

Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technology.

Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, legal applications, and document management systems.

Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and the IT onboarding and offboarding process, including hardware and account provisioning.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, equipment, incidents, and documentation within the IT service management system.

Liaise with third-party suppliers and perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and equipment builds.

Ensure compliance with IT security, data protection, and cybersecurity policies, while supporting IT projects and technology rollouts.
