Key Responsibilities of the HR Legal EA:
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior stakeholders across HR, Finance and Transformation functions
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, proactively anticipating needs and adapting to changing business demands
- Support and coordinate HR projects and initiatives, helping drive effective delivery across the wider HR team
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of new joiners within HR and stakeholder teams, ensuring a smooth and connected employee experience
- Support early careers talent by signposting internal resources and helping individuals navigate available support channels
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency, including the use of AI tools to streamline ways of working
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and collaborate effectively within a small, high-performing HR support team
Skills & Requirements of the HR Legal EA:
- Senior-level Legal PA / Legal EA experience ideally gained from a law firm
- Experience supporting HR / wider business services teams is highly advantageous
- Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and meetings
- A high level of proficiency with the MS Office suite
