This leading US law firm with stunning offices located in the square mile has an exciting new Revenue Coordinator opportunity for their London office, providing all round revenue support to their London and European regions. Salary – £50,000 – £55,000 plus overtime availableEmployee benefits include generous pension and medical insuranceHybrid Working – 4 Days Office / 1 Remote The client is ideally looking to hire a Revenue Coordinator who is both a billing and collections focused all-rounder, ideally with Aderant systems experience who possesses a flexible approach to support on all AP and cashiering duties. Reporting into Finance Manager and working closely with the Accounts Coordinator, this a great chance to work in an impactful and challenging Revenue Coordinator role where you will gain exposure to the full revenue cycle and take on a great deal of responsibility whilst building close relationships with Partners and Business Service groups across the European regions. Revenue Coordinator Key Responsibilities; Conduct regular WIP and Aged Debt meetings with Partners to review and discuss client billing and revenue targetsResponsible for the full billing life cycle; producing prebills, finalising draft bills, e-billing, taking Partner billing instructions in line with client SLAsHandle a range of billing queries, such as write offs, transfers, investigating and resolving issues that cause delays or prevents successful submissionKeeping to strict compliance guidelines in accordance with VAT, SAR and AML rulesAssist with collections process, reviewing outstanding client bills with Partners & Clients to ensure prompt payment of billsPrepare and distribute client statements, hourly billing figures and other ad-hoc reports for Partner review each monthAssist the Accounts Coordinator and provide cover with reviewing expense claims and invoices , ensuring compliance with the firm’s internal control proceduresProvide ad-hoc support to the Finance Manager with any projects, ie, new processes, applications, and software Revenue Coordinator Key Requirements; 3+ years billing / revenue experience in a busy legal accounts departmentCurrent working knowledge of Aderant preferred, Chrome River knowledge is a bonusConfident knowledge of VAT and SAR is essentialStrong Excel skillsFlexible, able to work collaboratively with Partners and all levels of staff
