Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Compliance Team with the completion of client due diligence, conflict checking and the AML processes
- Undertake all file closing procedures including the processing of archiving and retrieval
- Supporting the Finance team by ensuring receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded onto the system
- Producing court bundles
- Undertaking basic Land Registry searches
Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 6 months experience within an Admin role at a Legal or Professional Services Firm
- Good knowledge and experience of using Software including all Microsoft Office
