A leading US Law Firm is seeking to hire a Greek Speaking Finance Paralegal with fluency in Greek. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of London’s most highly regarded teams and market leaders, recognised for its expertise in public and private capital markets and finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on high yield bonds, leveraged finance and direct lending.
Salary to £48,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities:- Be an active member of the deal team to generally assist in transaction management throughout the life cycle of a deal
- Draft, edit and maintain necessary checklists, organisational charts, and spreadsheets
- Review and edit transaction documents for sense, consistency, cross reference accuracy, facts, calculations, and typographical errors
- Prepare, update, assemble and distribute transaction documents
- Carry out various factual research tasks
- Work with wider team members to create and maintain knowhow
- Greek language skills are essential for this role
- Understand online resources such as Westlaw, LexisNexis as well as other outlets to perform research and present findings
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organisation, and planning abilities
- Excellent transactional knowledge
