A prestigious UK law firm, consistently ranked in the top tiers by Chambers and Legal 500, is seeking to recruit a Global Travel Manager to join its London office.

09:30-17:30 working hours

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s travel operations and policies. Your responsibilities will be varied across operational oversight, strategic planning, contract and vendor management, and driving sustainability initiatives within the travel function of the firm.
Global Travel Manager Responsibilities:- Manage the travel operations for the offices based in the UK, EMEA, and US, understanding traveller movements, spend trends etc.
- Act as a trusted advisor for senior management and stakeholders and as an escalation point for issue resolution for all travel queries.
- Successfully develop and implement travel strategies that align with the firm’s overall business objectives and enhance the travel experience for employees.
- Drive compliance with travel policies and produce accurate and timely reports for Managing Partners and Senior Business Services leaders.
- Liaise with third party vendors in line with their contractual terms and assist in negotiations of route deals and hotel rate agreements.
- Drive and support the actions associated with the firm's net zero carbon targets.
- 5+ years’ experience of managing a travel program (in a corporate environment or Travel Management Company).
- Proven experience in successfully managing third party vendors.
- Self-starter with the ability to work with a great degree of autonomy.
