Highly successful legal consultancy firm, who are behind some of the most innovative and successful law firm launches in recent years, is seeking an outstanding French Speaking HR Associate on an initial 8-month fixed-term contract.
Salary to £45,000
09:30-17:30 working hours
3 days in the office / 2 days working remotely

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the full life cycle of HR support including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll
- Prepare contracts of employment and collaboration agreements for self-employed lawyers (using the firm’s templates)
- Maintaining and updating a French HR database and trackers
- Coordinating the intern recruitment process, including monitoring applications, liaising with the client for review, interview set up, offer process etc.
- For UK based clients, using templates to draft contracts, terms and other letters as necessary during the employee lifecycle
- Supporting clients’ visa processes both in Paris, and in the UK or elsewhere if required
- Supporting the HR Partner and other colleagues on the induction process for Paris based client
Skills & Requirements:
- French and English spoken and written skills essential
- Spanish language skills an advantage
- 1 year’s+ HR experience from an environment that supports HR Best Practice
