Float Legal PA Prestigious US law firm is seeking a polished and proactive Float Legal PA to deliver high-level support to partners and associates across a variety of client and administrative matters. Salary to £55,000 excellent employee benefits including free meals/snacks/refreshments Hybrid working (4 days office / Fridays WFH) Stunning City office near Liverpool Street station Float Legal PA Key Responsibilities: Act as a gatekeeper for fee earners, answering telephone calls, and diary management for fee earners. Draft correspondence and documents where appropriate e.g. emails, event invites and engagement letters. Amend, convert, and format documents and processing mark-ups; create and amend pitch documents in PowerPoint. Arrange travel for fee earner meetings and events etc. including domestic and international travel. Assist with fee earner time recording and expense reimbursements. Arrange internal and client meetings to include room bookings and organising lunches. Assist with answering billing queries by email or over the phone. Arranging BD / networking events with clients. Opening new matters, assisting the fee earner with conflict checks and liaising with the risk/client engagement team. Float Legal PA Key Skills and Experience: Previous law firm experience in a similar role. Extensive knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and other MS Office products is essential. Knowledge of document management systems. Fast and accurate typing with excellent attention to detail.
