Finance Legal PA
Calling all highly motivated and proactive Legal PAs who are ready to take the next step in their career and join an elite US law firm, working closely with market-leading Partners and Associates in its Finance department.
- Salary to £52,000
- 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday)
- Hybrid working (4 days in the office / 1 day WFH)
- Annual wellbeing allowance
- Free on-site gym
- Chancery Lane / City Thameslink / Blackfriars
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Legal PA:
- Diary and email management for partners and fee earners
- Organising meetings and travel arrangements
- Copy-typing and digital dictation, as required
- Preparation of draft emails and correspondence for approval
- Processing expenses on Chrome River in a timely manner
- Assisting with Billing/Finance tasks
- Updating Interaction with client contact details
- Handling client enquiries as and when required
- Amending and formatting agreements/documents as required
Skills & Requirements of the Finance Legal PA:
- Previous Legal PA / Legal Secretary experience within a City law firm
- Demonstrates strong PA skills
- Proven IT skills and an interest in new ways of doing things
- Articulate and confident in communications with all stakeholders and outside the firm
