Our international law firm client is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide exceptional, strategic support to the firm’s Global Senior Partner. This is a senior role suited to an established Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting Partner-level leadership in a demanding, globally focused environment.

Salary: to £65,000

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

Location: Stunning offices in the City / Bank

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Global Senior Partner (GSP), including extensive diary management, international travel, and visa applications
  • Draft and send messages on behalf of the GSP
  • Arrange Equity Partner and Share Partner, Supervisory Board, and Conflicts Committee meetings, prepare agendas, compile and circulate bundles, attend and take minutes
  • Schedule and coordinate international and London appraisals in collaboration with senior leadership
  • Prepare draft offer letters including finalise formal letters and attachments
  • Prepare the timeline for the GSP/MP covering Equity Partner Remuneration Group (EPRG) and Fixed Share Partner Remuneration Group (FSPRG)
  • Organise London Partners’ dinners, preparing balanced attendee lists, liaising with partners, and catering, and producing table plans
  • Act as the firm’s contact for Ward Elections; verify headcount and voting eligibility

Skills & Requirements:

  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite / Partner-level leadership within a law firm
  • Demonstrable governance support experience (board/committee co-ordination, agendas, bundles, minute-taking, action tracking)
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint/Word/Excel/PowerPoint); confident with Teams channels, mail merge, and document bundles
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones with occasional early / late meetings
  • Strong stakeholder management with partners, clients, and business services teams
