An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Legal EA with strong organisational capabilities to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload, supporting a Partner, Counsel, and two Senior Associates within a busy and highly regarded Employment team.
Salary: to £60,000
Hybrid pattern: requiring 3 days in the office
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Location: City location
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage busy inboxes and complex diaries, coordinating around active deal timelines and key transaction milestones
- Produce high-quality correspondence on behalf of stakeholders, including drafting client engagement documentation
- Facilitate WIP reporting and billing processes in line with client and matter requirements
- Deliver proactive support across business development activities and wider firm initiatives
- Maintain and update CRM systems, including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive
- Support collaboration across a busy, fast-paced team environment
- Assist with team social activities and internal committee coordination
Skills & Requirements:
- Senior-level Legal PA / Legal EA experience gained from a law firm
- Employment experience with Partner allocations
- Experience with billing processes and legal billing systems such as 3E, or the ability to quickly adapt to billing-heavy environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems including Salesforce and InterAction/Interhive
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills within a support team structure
