Our leading international law firm client is seeking an eDiscovery & Litigation Support Manager to lead the strategic use of e-disclosure and litigation technology / AI across Disputes, Investigations, and other contentious teams, advising partners and lawyers on best practice, risk, and innovation.

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the e-disclosure strategy for contentious matters, from data scoping and preservation through to disclosure and production.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners and lawyers on disclosure obligations, proportionality, and the use of technology and AI.
- Manage and maintain e-disclosure platforms and databases, including configuration, workflows, quality control, and optimisation.
- Oversee and manage document review teams and temporary resource, ensuring delivery, quality, and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Innovation team on the evaluation, procurement, and internal promotion of litigation technology and AI tools.
- Collaborate with IT, Knowledge, and Risk teams to ensure compliance, security, and best practice.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and cost control across disclosure exercises.
- Deliver training and guidance to lawyers and colleagues on e-disclosure processes, technology, and emerging tools.
Skills & Requirements
- Extensive experience leading e-disclosure / litigation support projects, ideally within a law firm.
- Strong technical expertise in designing and overseeing disclosure exercises, including DRD questionnaires, review platforms, and workflow configuration.
- Proven ability to manage the collection, review, and production, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with leading e-disclosure and review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace, Reveal, etc.).
- Strong understanding of data extraction, processing, and management techniques relevant to litigation and investigations.
- Demonstrated experience advising lawyers on the use of legal technology, including the use of AI and advanced analytics tools.
