Early Talent Assistant – 6 Month FTC

A prestigious global law firm is on the lookout for a dynamic Early Talent Assistant to join their thriving HR team in Liverpool on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. This role will be ideal for someone who is highly organised with some office administration experience or a recent graduate with some experience.

  • Salary up to £25,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities of the Early Talent Assistant:

  • Supporting the Early Talent Advisor for the planning and execution of attraction events with schools and university campuses as well as diversity and inclusion programmes.
  • Co-ordinating the Open Days and First Year Insight schemes for prospective applicants, which are based in London.
  • Supporting the creation and updating of content on social networking sites.
  • Supporting the Summer Vacation Programme and Solicitor Apprenticeship scheme.
  • Responsibility for the onboarding administration for Training Contracts, Solicitor Apprenticeships.
  • Processing invoices and tracking candidate expenses.

Key Skills & Requirements of the Early Talent Assistant:

  • At least 6 months’ experience in a professional services or legal environment.
  • Highly organised with a professional manner.
  • Interest and knowledge of social media platforms.
