Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and recruitment for all London based Trainees
  • Manage and run the London based Vacation Schemes
  • Provide comprehensive support to future Trainees preparing for the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE)
  • Manage the seat rotation process with the Early Careers Partners
  • Manage Trainee client secondments
  • Responsible for the annual application and selection process for trainees qualifying as E&W solicitors
  • Manage the ongoing development of the London based Trainees
Skills & Requirements:
  • 5 years’ experience in Early Careers within a law firm
  • Degree educated
  • Previous highly ranked law firm experience
