A highly regarded boutique litigation law firm is currently going through an exciting time with firm growth and is looking for an EA to support the Managing Partner (and Partners when required) within this busy and innovative practice.
Salary: to £60,000 | Hybrid Working: Bi-weekly - 3 days office / 2 days remote & 4 days office / 1 day remote | Excellent opportunity to work closely with Senior Management.
Main duties for the EA to Managing Partner:
- Extensive diary management (proactively and accurately monitor/oversee inboxes, calendars, diaries and travel).
- Attending and taking notes at Executive Committee meetings and client meetings.
- Preparing background research/summaries on prospective and new clients.
- Marketing and business development duties to aid a growing practice.
- Manage billing, compliance and expenses processes on behalf of the team, to include generating bills and collating WIP reports.
- Work closely and effectively with the wider Executive Assistant team, providing support in cases of holidays and absences.
- Be an effective and professional point of contact, to include managing telephone calls, taking accurate messages and being an ambassador both internally and externally for the team and first port of call for clients.
- Demonstrate confidentiality, diplomacy and a thorough understanding of the group and clients who you support.
Requirements for the EA to Managing Partner:
- At least 5 years proven experience working in a Legal PA/EA style role in a legal environment.
- Advanced knowledge of various MS software programs and team management skills are essential.
- Strong sense of initiative & analytical attitude.
- Graduate preferred and relevant Secretarial qualification or CILEX is highly desirable.
