Premier US law firm is recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Disputes Legal PA who excels in deadline-driven environments and is adept at juggling multiple priorities.

Disputes Legal PA Key Responsibilities
- Diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements.
- Extensive court document preparation with litigation document amendments and disputes timetabling.
- Organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents, and projects.
- Maintain filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials, and/or dictation.
- Prepare legal documents and opening new files.
- Producing expense reports and assisting with billing.
Disputes Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven and extensive Legal PA experience in Litigation/Arbitration/Disputes within a law firm.
- Excellent written, organisation and communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent IT and IT troubleshooting skills, also able to comfortably pick up new systems with a logical approach.
