Corporate Paralegal – Liverpool
Join an award-winning global firm as a Corporate Paralegal in their vibrant and busy Liverpool office on a permanent basis.

- 09:30-17:30 standard hours (Monday-Friday)

Corporate Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

- Working alongside partners, associates, knowledge lawyers, trainees, and fellow paralegals, you will use your own initiative and organisational skills to achieve key deadlines
- Assist with transaction document execution and post completion matters
- Conduct legal research, pre completion searches, and Companies House filings
- Bible creation including preparing and rolling out ancillary documents
- Verifications and due diligence
- Setting up and managing data rooms
