Calling all Legal PAs with experience supporting Partners within recognised City law firms! This opportunity would suit a proactive Legal PA who enjoys taking on significant client-facing responsibilities and thrives in a high-calibre, collaborative environment at a major London-based US law firm.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex partner diaries, including coordinating across multiple time zones.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including travel arrangements and expenses, inbox monitoring, diary management, meeting organisation, billing, time entry, mail, and research.
- Produce and amend documents and correspondence from handwritten, dictated, or printed material, often to tight deadlines.
- Create and update Adobe and Word forms, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Handle telephone enquiries professionally, directing calls and taking messages as appropriate; provide back-up support for lawyers and secretaries.
- Assist with onboarding new clients, opening matters, and drafting engagement letters.
- Process expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
