Construction Paralegal
Established London law firm are seeking a Construction Paralegal to join their expanding Construction Team, directly supporting key Fee-Earners. This will be an initial 6-12 Month FTC.
- Up to £35,000
- Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
- Opportunity to work in a fantastic Construction Team in a Prestigious Firm
Construction Paralegal Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and communicate findings to Partners and other Fee Earners
- Track projects, tasks assignments and reports to ensure they are running within set timescales
- Liaise with clients in person, by telephone and in writing, offering clear and concise information
- Arrange meetings and chase parties for information and follow up on case matters
- Prepare and draft legal documentation for sign off
- Proofread documents on behalf of other Fee Earners
- Write letters and emails to clients
- Scheduling of large volumes of documents received as part of a transaction
Construction Paralegal Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Non-Contentious Construction experience in a Paralegal role is ideal
- Experience of working within a Real Estate / Development department will also be considered
- Competent on all MS Office packages
- Ability to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
- Experience using DocuSign
