Responsibilities- Case administration and document management
- Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
- Preparing completion statements and handling completions
- Preparing Land Registry forms
- Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
- Typing of own correspondence and bills
- Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
- Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
