Top UK law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Legal PA on a 12-month FTC. This is a busy and hands-on role, supporting fee earners in their Employment department, so the firm is looking for a confident, well-rounded Legal PA who can hit the ground running.

Salary to £45,000

12-month fixed-term contract

Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days remote

City location / Liverpool Street

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for accurate, efficient email management, including reviewing, highlighting, filing, and deleting emails as appropriate.
  • Efficient diary management including the organisation of internal and external meetings, conferences, department 1-2-1s, client lunches.
  • Manage all travel and logistics for diary commitments (UK and overseas) as well as organise department social events, away days, strategy days and manage the budgets.
  • Prepare documents and reports for department meetings, including the collation and distribution of agendas.
  • Liaise with the BD & Marketing team to support the department’s marketing and BD activities and annual directories submissions.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 years+ Legal PA / Secretarial experience from a City Law Firm.
  • Applicants must have Employment experience.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office related software.
  • Excellent teamwork and professional attitude.
