We’re looking for resourceful team-players who can work in a progressive, fast-paced environment with competing demands, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones.
- Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and departmental activities.
- Book complex travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare travel itineraries and process travel expenses.
- Document preparation including spell checks, edits, and proofreading work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain positive contact with clients, open new files, and maintain all client and general files.
- Ensure lawyers’ weekly timesheets are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Management of inboxes and e-filing.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm.
- Ability to transcribe legal documents and correspondence from rough draft or dictation.
- Excellent English language and grammar skills; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical or spelling errors.
