Prestigious international law firm with stunning offices in the City is seeking a highly organised and personable Talent Acquisition Assistant, who is passionate about attracting, recruiting and engaging the very best talent for its London office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage day-to-day recruitment administration, including recruitment inbox/calendar, coordinate diaries, interviews, meetings, events and travel
  • Manage the posting of job adverts both internally and externally
  • Support the team with sourcing, market mapping and selecting and screening candidates
  • Administer candidate testing and prepare interview packs
  • Liaise with candidates, agencies and internal stakeholders to coordinate interviews and video conferences
  • Prepare and coordinate candidate offer paperwork through to signature
  • Assist the team with secretarial duties, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables, inputting text and graphics in house style
  • Process invoices and complete expense reclaim forms

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant HR or recruitment experience is required, ideally within a law firm
  • Ability to manage a high and changeable workload, balancing competing deadlines and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in candidate research and identifying suitable matches via social media and job boards is preferred
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
