Prestigious US law firm seeks an engaging and confident junior Legal PA, who is looking to step up and take the title of Legal PA, to support an allocation of Partners and Counsel who represent some of the most well regarded and market leading lawyers in Corporate.

Salary to £42,000. Excellent employee benefits including free meals/snacks/refreshments. Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day remote). Stunning City office near Liverpool Street station.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing proactive administrative support to the firms’ attorneys.
  • Acting as a bridge between clients and fee earners and catering to and anticipating the needs of both.
  • Maintaining cooperative working relationships within office and practice groups, responding to client, staff, legal professionals and vendor enquiries.
  • Opening, screening and routing mail, email and diary management and drafting routine correspondence.
  • Monitoring attorney time records to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
  • Organising complex travel arrangements, maintaining attorney travel profiles and liaising with the New York office as and when required.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • 18 months Junior Legal PA/administrative experience where you have looked after an allocation of fee-earners including email and inbox access/management.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • Confident and personable attitude who wants to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
