Global law firm based in the heart of the city is hiring a new Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role and the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and execution of the London graduate recruitment programme.
Excellent salary of up to £65,000. 09:30-17:30 (Monday-Friday) + hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH). Stunning City location. Subsidised on-site restaurant and coffee bar.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Graduate Recruitment Advisor:- Supporting the Senior Legal Recruitment Manager in delivering all aspects of the firm’s graduate recruitment programme.
- Planning and coordinating attraction and engagement activity, including campus engagement, careers fairs, events, and the creation and coordination of promotional materials and digital content.
- Running the Campus Ambassador programme end-to-end, including selection, training, ongoing coordination and performance tracking.
- Managing the recruitment process for Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes, from application review and shortlisting through assessment centres, interviews and offer management.
- Planning and delivering the firm’s Spring and Summer Vacation Schemes, including onboarding, scheduling, seat allocations, logistics and the day-to-day running of each Scheme.
- Coordinating and administering the post-Vacation Scheme interview process for the annual Trainee Solicitor intake.
- Organising and delivering the firm’s First Year Insight Day, including candidate selection and event execution.
- A minimum of 4 years Graduate Recruitment experience within a law firm.
- Strong organisational and project-management capability, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
