A top global firm with impressive offices in the City is seeking a Responsible Business Executive on a part-time or full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about Responsible Business and wants to enhance their skills and knowledge particularly in the areas of employer supported volunteering, fundraising and charity partnerships.
Salary to £45,000 (FTE). Part-time (21 hours per week) and full-time opportunities available. 09:30-17:30 working hours. Hybrid working. Generous employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate the firm’s employer-supported volunteering programme, including working with community partners to source opportunities.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of fundraising activity for the firm’s charity partnerships.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external community and charity partners.
- Organise and deliver key initiatives and events, including annual campaigns such as Pro Bono Week, the firm’s gift-wrapping initiative, and participation in the London Legal Walk.
- Complete administrative tasks such as processing invoices and donations, making and monitoring impact-measurement surveys, taking minutes and updating information.
- Triage Responsible Business queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable interest in and some knowledge of Responsible Business issues.
- Proven experience in employer support volunteering (ESV), fundraising and charity partnerships.
- Project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
