An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious US law firm in this newly created Recruitment Coordinator role. We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised individual to work closely with the Legal Recruiting Manager, coordinating end-to-end recruitment for lawyer and business services populations in the London office.

Recruitment Coordinator – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and business services roles from requisition through to offer
  • Conduct initial CV reviews and coordinate candidate shortlists for hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the firm’s recruiting and tracking systems
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including interview logistics across multiple offices and time zones
  • Liaise directly with candidates and recruitment agencies regarding recruiting processes
  • Maintain and track agency terms of business
  • Coordinate with HR in London and the US for pre-employment screening
  • Support HR with the onboarding of new joiners
  • Maintain regular contact with new joiners to ensure a positive candidate experience

Recruitment Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ recruiting experience gained within a recognised City law firm
  • US law firm experience highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a collaborative and client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with excellent attention to detail
