A powerhouse US law firm based in Central London is seeking a resourceful and driven Legal Recruitment Coordinator to provide operational support across lateral hiring and to assist with the firm’s annual graduate programme cycle, including vacation scheme and training contract processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain day-to-day integrity within the applicant tracking system, along with recruitment documents and templates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics for partners and senior stakeholders, arrange assessments, and manage interviewer availability
- Draft and send interview confirmations, feedback summaries, rejection communications, and offer documentation
- Coordinate with HR to commence pre-employment checks to ensure a seamless transition for new joiners
- Support campus engagement logistics by coordinating university events
- Help manage online content and social media updates for graduate recruitment alongside the Legal Recruitment Manager
- Support the delivery of open days and recruitment webinars by handling invitations, technology setup, and attendance tracking
- Support the Legal Recruitment Manager with the promotion of inclusion objectives by ensuring inclusive language and processes and monitoring of candidate pools
Skills & Requirements:
- 18+ months experience within graduate recruitment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to multi-task and work in an environment with shifting priorities
