Our global US law firm client is seeking to hire a highly accomplished Legal PA to provide a 1:1 support service to a senior level partner within their market leading energy and resources practice.
Salary to £53,000 per annum. Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote). Generous range of flexible benefits including a fantastic health wellbeing package, holiday purchase and sell scheme, enhanced paternity/maternity leave and much more!
Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and revising legal documents.
- Coordinating travel.
- Diary management.
- Onboarding of new staff.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and BD activities.
- Generating accurate monthly client billing.
- Processing expenses.
Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Legal PA/EA role within a law firm environment.
- Experience gained within a construction practice group/department is desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experienced in maintaining confidentiality when performing complex legal administrative tasks.
