Top City law firm is seeking an experienced International Mobility HR Adviser to assist and lead the firm’s international office to office and client secondments on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract.

Salary to £52,500

12-month fixed-term contract

Hybrid working – 3 days in the office / 2 days remote

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and lead international secondment and transfers and/or ad hoc mobility cases as required for international client and office to office secondments
  • Provide day to day mobility BAU in the form of cost projections, document drafting, and matter coding etc.
  • Deliver and participate in secondee briefings for outbound and inbound moves
  • Assist with mobility, immigration, and international remote working
  • Ensure the firm is immigration compliant and understand / communicate legislative changes that have a potential mobility impact on the firm
  • Support the immigration and recruitment process for mobility cases
  • Support consistency of secondment packages and ensure firm policies and procedures are applied in a consistent manner

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ International Mobility / HR Business Partner / Generalist experience is preferred, ideally within a law firm
  • A keen interest in international HR, immigration, and mobility
  • An interest in process improvement and technology is highly desirable
