What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the delivery of the firm's Early Careers strategy, helping to attract, recruit and develop future legal talent
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns for trainee associates, solicitor apprentices and vacation scheme students, from attraction through to offer and onboarding
- Organise and deliver a range of recruitment events, university outreach initiatives, networking opportunities and vacation schemes
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, diversity partners and key internal stakeholders to enhance the firm's employer brand
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including compliance, right to work checks, visa coordination and law school registrations
- Act as a key point of contact for trainees, apprentices and future joiners, ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience
- Support the delivery of trainee development programmes, including inductions, seat rotations, appraisals, SQE administration and qualification processes
- Coordinate payroll, grants, expenses and maintain accurate Early Careers records and reporting
- Contribute to the firm's Early Careers marketing initiatives, including social media content and employer branding activities
What We’re Looking For:
- An ambitious Early Careers Assistant ready to step up into a Coordinator position, or an existing Early Careers Coordinator from a smaller law firm looking to broaden their experience within a leading US law firm
- Willingness to learn, grow and develop
- Able to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
