Expanding law firm in London is looking to hire an experienced Temporary International Arbitration Paralegal to join their London office on an initial 6-week basis.

09:00-17:30 working hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining large electronic and paper case files, with day-to-day responsibility for file management, indexing and the organisation of client materials for associate review
- Working with lawyers and interns to carry out first-level document reviews ahead of second-level associate review
- Supporting associates during submission phases, including formatting and style consistency, cite-checking, proofreading, and organising supporting documentation
- Leading the logistical planning of hearings, including negotiating contracts with transcribers, interpreters and hearing venues
- Working closely with fee-earners on opening and closing submissions, with responsibility for PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting with the preparation of cross-examination bundles, working closely with fee-earners throughout the process
Skills & Requirements:
- Applicants must have 2-3 years’ experience as a Paralegal in International Arbitration
- Applicants must be available to start immediately
- Experience of supporting filings and hearings and will need to work with some degree of autonomy
- Experience with e-discovery (Relativity, Disco etc)
