A global HR team within an international law firm is seeking an experienced Reward & Benefits Advisor to act as a subject matter expert across reward and benefits activities, working closely with the Senior Reward Manager and Global Heads of HR. The role will provide general reward support across multiple international office locations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses and pay benchmarking
- Lead market benchmarking and salary survey activities, analysing data and providing insights to leadership
- Prepare reward data and analysis for leadership and management decision-making
- Support Gender Pay Gap reporting and EU Pay Transparency requirements
- Manage the firm’s global employee and partner insurance and benefits portfolio
- Lead end-to-end renewals, membership changes, claims and medical underwriting
- Manage relationships with brokers, insurers and benefits providers across global offices
- Review and enhance the benefits offering, including researching and implementing new benefits and supporting new office locations
- Manage global wellbeing benefits, including health screenings, EAP and wellbeing subscriptions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working within HR, Reward or Benefits within a law firm
- Benefits administration experience, including renewal of annual policies
- Experience of reward, salary benchmarking, collating data, involvement during a compensation cycle
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (V/XLOOKUP/pivot table, IF statements essential, etc.)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data with meaningful insights
