A fantastic opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic and hardworking Legal Administrator to join a leading UK law firm on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support the Corporate, Film & TV groups with general administration tasks and assist with streamlining processes.

Legal Administrator – What You’ll Be Doing:
- File opening and closing processes, including post completion routines
- Admin tasks for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme audits
- Photocopying and scanning
- All aspects of the billing process and accounting processes, including claiming expenses
- Maintaining client files both electronically and in hard copy where required, including sorting, collating and filing emails and correspondence/documents
- Managing processes using the firm’s network IT systems and databases, including Filesite, Aderant, Microsoft Office and Search Acumen
- Liaising with other departments including Compliance and Finance
- Managing workload issues; takes ownership of enquiries and ensures any issues are referred/delegated to the appropriate person and dealt with in a timely fashion
- Providing ad hoc support to the group as required including searches and research
Legal Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year of administration experience gained within a law firm
- Excellent IT and good numeracy skills
- Team player and a positive and proactive approach to your work
- Strong attention to detail
