eBilling Rates Analyst Our leading international law firm client is recruiting an eBilling Rates Analyst to join their Finance team on a permanent basis, with a primary focus on implementing and maintaining client eBilling rates across finance systems, eBilling platforms and eBillingHub. Salary to £60,000 Excellent firm benefits & wellbeing packages Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Central London eBilling Rates Analyst – What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal stakeholders to implement and manage eBilling rates and agreements Ensure the timely setup of new rate arrangements, client onboarding and transitions to eBilling Resolve eBilling rate and invoice upload issues, escalating complex queries to vendors where required Maintain accurate documentation of eBilling rate configurations, processes and system procedures Develop and apply expert knowledge of eBilling platforms, Practice Management System integrations and electronic billing formats, including LEDES and XML Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training to support business and system requirements eBilling Rates Analyst – What We’re Looking For: Strong prior experience in an eBilling role within a law firm Solid understanding of commonly used Legal eBilling vendors Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
