What’s On Offer: Salary to £45,000 generous employee benefits Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Fantastic wellbeing packages including on-site gym City Thameslink / Blackfriars / Chancery Lane Early Careers & Development Coordinator – What You’ll Be Doing: Support the delivery of the firm's Early Careers strategy, helping to attract, recruit and develop future legal talent Coordinate recruitment campaigns for trainee associates, solicitor apprentices and vacation scheme students, from attraction through to offer and onboarding Organise and deliver a range of recruitment events, university outreach initiatives, networking opportunities and vacation schemes Build and maintain relationships with universities, diversity partners and key internal stakeholders to enhance the firm's employer brand Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including compliance, right to work checks, visa coordination and law school registrations Act as a key point of contact for trainees, apprentices and future joiners, ensuring an exceptional candidate and employee experience Support the delivery of trainee development programmes, including inductions, seat rotations, appraisals, SQE administration and qualification processes Coordinate payroll, grants, expenses and maintain accurate Early Careers records and reporting Contribute to the firm's Early Careers marketing initiatives, including social media content and employer branding activities Early Careers & Development Coordinator – What We’re Looking For: An ambitious Early Careers Assistant ready to step up into a Coordinator position, or an existing Early Careers Coordinator from a smaller law firm looking to broaden their experience within a leading US law firm Willingness to learn, grow and develop Able to work in a team environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communication with individuals at all levels
