Established and expanding US law firm seeks a AV Specialist (Audio Visual Specialist) to join their busy IS team in London, this role is a permanent position.

Under the direction of the Director of Technology Services, the AV Specialist (Audio Visual Specialist) is responsible for supporting the conference rooms and webcasting events. Working closely with the wider IS team in the London office.
AV Specialist (Audio Visual Specialist) Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive audiovisual support services.
- Facilitate and support high-profile VIP internal and external meetings and events, ensuring seamless technology integration and event success.
- In-person assistance to clients addressing a wide range of meeting concerns.
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain PC and AV-related hardware.
- Manage and support the daily operation of our Video Conferencing platforms, including Zoom Rooms & Appliances, and LifeSize Video Conferencing equipment.
- Performs, record and 1st level editing functions for events and webinars.
AV Specialist (Audio Visual Specialist) Key Skills & Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in desktop and AV/VC support within a Legal or Professional Services firm.
- Possesses strong AV and VC technical skills across a broad variety of platforms.
- Proficiency in using various video conferencing platforms, such as Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, Google Meet, WebEx, and GoToMeeting.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in Windows Operating Systems and Applications, including but not limited to current versions of Microsoft Windows Office and Office 365, DeskSite/iManage, Citrix Remote Access, PC based Zoom Rooms & Appliances, and a solid understanding of VPNs and Wireless Networking.
