Application Analyst
Larbey Evans is partnering with a top UK law firm to recruit an Application Analyst to report into their Head of Business Intelligence & Systems in their London office.

This role will carry-out essential day-to-day tasks to maintain and improve the stability, security, and adoption of applications within the Firm, working with key process stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Application Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Firm's business critical systems (3E, IntApp, and other financial platforms) run smoothly and are regularly maintained to optimise performance
- Manage upgrades, implement new features, and support system rollouts
- Help document processes, configurations, and workflows to reduce the risk of single point of failure
- Serve as a go-to expert for user queries, providing timely support and training, which boosts user confidence and system adoption
- Support month-end and year-end closure activities, ensuring data accuracy, system balancing, and compliance with financial controls
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and introduce new tools that enhance productivity
- Provide 2nd line support for financial systems (Elite 3E, Elite Data Insights, IntApp, etc.)
- Maintain 3E balancing routines and resolve discrepancies
Application Analyst Skills & Requirements:
- Previous experience in a systems team within a law firm
- Strong understanding of legal department operations
