Global law firm situated near Liverpool Street wish to hire a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their BD team on an initial 10-month fixed term contract, focusing on their Commodities practice group working with a leading team of UK and overseas partners.

Marketing & Business Development Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the development and delivery of the Commodities Group’s international marketing and business development strategy
Develop and execute targeted business development and marketing campaigns, with responsibility for budgets and measuring ROI
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market, client and sector insight, including cross-selling opportunities
Partner with partners and fee earners to support strategic business development and client development activity
Lead the development of high-impact pitches, RFPs, tenders and tailored client-facing materials
Manage key client development initiatives and support the growth of strategic client relationships
Develop and deliver thought leadership, communications and PR activity to enhance the Commodities Group’s market profile
Oversee marketing activity across digital content, directories, events, client communications and other channels
Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across national, regional and international markets
Marketing & Business Development Manager – What We’re Looking For:
4+ years’ experience in a Business Development role within a law firm
An understanding of the Commodities sector, strongly preferred
Strong IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, InterAction (or similar CRM database)
Proven ability of working across all levels of business, preferably within a multi-jurisdictional environment
