Recruitment Assistant (10-Month FTC)
Number one ranked law firm in their field is seeking a Recruitment Assistant on an initial 10-month fixed-term contract.

Recruitment Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage recruitment inboxes and liaise with candidates, recruiters and hiring teams
- Coordinate interviews and assessments across multiple offices, both virtually and in person
- Manage internal recruitment portal (Teamtailor)
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and leaver documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR records, inductions, right-to-work checks and benefits administration
- Support visa applications and renewals for employees
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HR systems
- Manage probation processes, including monitoring deadlines, coordinating reviews and preparing documentation
- Provide employment, mortgage and rental references
- Liaise with payroll on monthly employee changes
Recruitment Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months legal experience where you have been in a role which has involved high levels of organisation, be it within recruitment HR or Legal PA
- Recruitment portal software experience is beneficial and highly desirable yet not essential
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and ability to prioritise own workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Experience using an HRIS or applicant tracking systems desirable
