Global law firm situated near Liverpool Street wish to hire a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their BD team on an initial 10-month fixed term contract, focusing on their Commodities practice group working with a leading team of UK and overseas partners.

Marketing & Business Development Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and delivery of the Commodities Group’s international marketing and business development strategy
- Develop and execute targeted business development and marketing campaigns, with responsibility for budgets and measuring ROI
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market, client and sector insight, including cross-selling opportunities
- Partner with partners and fee earners to support strategic business development and client development activity
- Lead the development of high-impact pitches, RFPs, tenders and tailored client-facing materials
- Manage key client development initiatives and support the growth of strategic client relationships
- Develop and deliver thought leadership, communications and PR activity to enhance the Commodities Group’s market profile
- Oversee marketing activity across digital content, directories, events, client communications and other channels
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across national, regional and international markets
Marketing & Business Development Manager – What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years’ experience in a Business Development role within a law firm
- An understanding of the Commodities sector, strongly preferred
- Strong IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, InterAction (or similar CRM database)
- Proven ability of working across all levels of business, preferably within a multi-jurisdictional environment
