HR Manager – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, inductions, leavers and HR systems
  • Overseeing payroll, salary reviews, bonuses and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders on employee relations, performance management and complex people matters
  • Managing key HR compliance requirements, including SRA compliance, right-to-work and DSARs
  • Supporting learning, development, mentoring and talent programmes
  • Contributing to recruitment and trainee attraction, including assessment and insight events
  • Leading and supporting HR projects, organisational change and process improvements
  • Providing leadership and guidance to HR colleagues, helping to prioritise workloads and maintain high standards
  • Building strong relationships across the business and acting as a trusted advisor
