As a Solution Architect, your contribution will be instrumental to the firm's IT strategy – fully modernising, simplifying and de-risking their technology landscape to provide better outcomes for their customers. You will be responsible for making very high-level, concise technical decisions, evaluating technology options and defining future architecture.
The roadmap for the next year identifies a specific knowledge gap for an architect with exposure in data architecture covering data warehousing, data governance and adopting strategic data tools. In medium- to long-term, you will work across the entire business, so you need experience in various domains of architecture including data, applications, integration, cloud and infrastructure.
We expect you to be a seasoned architect, a thought leader, capable of educating and engaging the wider business on emerging technology and driving the business forward. Your stakeholder management skills will be unrivalled across both technical and non-technical colleagues in your environment.
Key skills and experience:- Proven experience operating as a Solutions Architect in large complex environments
- Breadth of technical experience working on data architecture solutions covering data warehousing, data modelling, data governance
- Experience working to architectural frameworks – TOGAF, Zachman or similar
- Excellent stakeholder management
